Q:  Are there any recommendations for the computer I will use with a MeetingBoard/SchoolBoard?

A:  A board does not require a super powerful PC or laptop. A Pentium Three or equivalent processor will be adequate in most situations. The more Random Access Memory (RAM) that is in a user's computer, the better it will handle multiple tasks and/or applications. However, if the user's current system operates satisfactorily with their applications it will be compatible with the addition of a board or pad.

Q:  I already have a projector or I am considering a purchase of a projector to use with my board or my tablet. Do you have any recommendations for the types or features, etc. that will be needed to work with my InterWrite device?

A:  There are a wide range of projectors available that are suitable to use with a board or tablet. The basic requirements are:
It should be a digital projector with at least a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution
A 1500 lumen output is a good average for most rooms with a combination of natural and artificial lighting, large rooms or projector to board/screen distances more than 10 feet my require 2000+ lumen output
Important features are keystone adjustment and the lens should permit both focus and zoom adjustment, some lowest price projectors may not have these as standard features
The size and weight are more driven by the user's needs. A smaller and lighter projector would be the choice if the user will be traveling with their laptop, tablet, etc. A larger projector will have better leveling adjustments, lens functionality and perhaps offer more standard features. It will still be portable although slightly heavier to carry

Q:  If I am in a corporate or school environment do I have to use only a corporate or school InterWrite device?

A:  No, either the MeetingSuite or the SchoolSuite product lines are interchangeable with either situation. The physical features of the devices are slightly different to make the SchoolSuite products more economical for education. However, they both utilize the same precise electronic input system and user friendly InterWrite software. Contact us to discuss your intended uses. Q:  I have a concern about learning how to use an electronic whiteboard product. What about customer support and training in the use of my MeetingSuite or SchoolSuite products?

Q:  We have placed these products in military, corporate, government and education environments and have trained the users to every level of competency. Even the youngest students in elementary schools demonstrate a very sophisticated proficiency in using the boards and the tablets after their teachers have been trained. In addition, we provide phone support to each of our clients whenever they have a question or need a training "booster shot".
