The MeetingBoard can help you keep your entire organization on the same page by providing everyone in the meeting with the same notes at the same time.

InterWrite MeetingPad

A wireless pad that gives you full mouse functionality from anywhere in the room, letting you turn any surface into an electronic whiteboard. You can also handwrite notes from your seat, and up to seven MeetingPads can be used with one computer.
